Details & Attributes
It has a rich umami taste with hints of seaweed, seashore, and soup stock, and a sweet taste that does not linger, but the astringent taste slips away.
While the richness and body are definitely solid, they do not linger forever and disappear easily. As the brewing is repeated, there is a sweetness derived from the aging process in the greenness, and an acidity that lightly presses down on the tongue. Finally, the greenness is felt. There is no bitterness.
