Preparation Guidelines
Although we always suggest the usage of a Kyusu to serve the perfect tea, Mohei's tea can be prepared with the simplest utensils we all have at home! The most important part is to follow the instructions below to get all the tastes of Hoshitsukiyo.
Hoshitsukiyo can be infused up to 3 times. Each numbers below are listed from left to right, 1st infusion to the last.
