you're doing really good work. This Sencha tea is "simply" Sencha as you would expect. Nevermind which infusion you will prefer, it just works.
I am absolutely in love with the umami flavour this tea has! This is maybe the most unusual for europeans but this is a component that I was missing in "normal" teas until now.
It will be one of my favourite teas for sure!

The taste of this tea is not like anything I've tried before and I absolutely love it! I imagine it is due to it's production process, as it says on the website: partly in the shade. Also, as a European I am (was) more used to your run of the mill tea.. but this tea tastes great and the detailed brewing instructions on the website are very helpful! I am going to look for umami taste in other food too now :)

This matcha is a wonderful matcha with balanced taste between bitterness and sweetness. It has a briljant structure and is very good to make a wonderful matcha tea. I'll recommend this one to everybody!

Your tea is absolutely delicious. It was my first experience with the genuine Japan tea. Mohei - I had the opportunity to taste all of your flavours. Currently I am staying in Karpacz. I am drinking Sencha Ginger- tasty as it can be. I have never drunk so delicious tea. I wish Poland could try your tea :)

This is not a bitter tea; it has a more malty flavor and may be great for anyone that is not so find of the grassy and/or bitter components of green tea. There is a slight parallel with rooibos tea in that both have a decidedly "soft" mouth feel as well, but I would say that Genmaicha has a much deeper and more interesting flavor profile than plain rooibos. I definitely recommend to give this one a try.
You are totally right; this tea is excellent to get introduced to Japanese green tea without diving too deep into bitterness and green flavors. Your comparison with Rooibos is also very interesting! The only think it misses is that it is not working as a termo container. Otherwise it is very good and useful to prepare tea.

I have never used a Kyusu to brew my tea before. I looked at the pots but didn't see the point, now I do. This pot is high quality. The craftmanship beyond what I can find locally. Well balanced, easy to brew and pour and to clean. It looks good on my shelf where it earns lots of well deserved complements. I plan to be very carful of this pot but should it ever fall and break, I would not hesitate to replace it. A word on Mohei. I have fallen in love with this company. Everything I have received from them has been high quality, exceeding my expectations.
The right kyusu truly enhance the tea experience. There is a unique and satisfactory sensation, almost suprising, when used for the first time; and to hear that our Kyusu was the one to 'initiate' you to this feeling simply fills our heart with joy. That it receives praises while on your shelf also made our day. The whole team thanks you for this wonderful review, for your continuous support and for your trust in Mohei Tea.
