From Tokoname

For All Type of Loose Leaf Tea

Standard Kyusu
A simple yet wonderful Kyusu from the Tokoname region, famous for its high-quality pottery. Entirely made out of clay, its filter is incrusted within the teapot, at the base of the spout. It has a capacity of 180 ml and will honor any Japanese tea you will pour in. Each teapot is meticulously selected by Mohei.
The Black Kyusu is a testament to the enduring art of Tokoname pottery. Unlike typical glazing techniques, its deep black hue is achieved through a natural oxidation-reduction process, reacting with the iron content in the clay. This method highlights the unique charm of each handcrafted Kyusu, making every piece a singular work of art recommended by Mohei.

3.Put the delicate tea leaves into your Kyusu. The quantity is also indicated at the back of our pouches.
4.When the fog is almost gone, the water temperature should be just right. Pour the water into the kyusu, and close the lid.
