Best moment of the day: Afternoon Tea – Cozy Evenings – Spring Gatherings
Japanese tea is traditionally offered with Japanese sweets. They also pair very well with all sorts of meals, either for breakfast, lunch, breaks, or even dinner (for the lower-caffeine tea).
During his years of serving tea to his dear customers, Mohei's knowledge of the flavors and characteristics of his teas allows him to share the wonders of an exceptional green tea served with the right food. When paired well, Japanese tea can unlock further benefits such as better digestion, better diet, or enhanced sensation of satiety.

Harumachi | Sakura Blend
Delicately crafted to capture the fleeting beauty of spring, Harumachi is a fragrant blend of high-roasted, cherry-toned black tea infused with cherry, rose red, and rose pink petals.
Smooth and refreshing, with almost no bitterness or astringency, this blend is perfect for a quiet moment in the afternoon—perhaps paired with scones and clotted cream—or savored with a splash of brandy on a cool spring evening.

Tea Pairing

Perfect with Scones
The subtle honey-like aroma and smooth finish of Harumachi elevate buttery scones, especially those filled with clotted cream or berry jam

With Brandy or Cognac
On cooler spring nights, a warm cup of Harumachi pairs delightfully with a touch of brandy. Its floral aroma and mild profile create a comforting finish to your day, blending seamlessly with soft liquors or a quiet moment of reflection.
