Named after the refreshing eastern spring winds, Kochi is the first flush green tea of Mohei, cultivated in the fertile volcanic soil of Mt. Fuji. This special tea is a blend of four varieties of Sencha: Sōfu, Tsuyu Hikari, Yabukita, and Sayamakaori, to celebrate the theme of greenness.
Nourished by the rich minerals and the gentle breezes of spring, it captures the spirit of renewal and purity that the season brings.

Although we always suggest the usage of a Kyusu to serve the perfect tea, Mohei's tea can be prepared with the simplest utensils we all have at home! The most important part is to follow the instructions below.
Kochi can be infused up to 3 times. Each number below is listed from the left to right, 1st infusion to the last.
