Our Shincha 2024 revisited. Directly produced at the foot of Mt Fuji, cultivated in its rich soil and nourished by its volcanic nutrients. Kimfu is sencha offers a calm, sweet aroma with subtle hints of shiso and green leaves. Its golden-hued liquor carries a refreshing green fragrance and a gentle sweetness. Although we always suggest the usage of a Kyusu to serve the perfect tea, Mohei's tea can be prepared with the simplest utensils we all have at home! The most important part is to follow the instructions below.

Kimfu can be infused up to 3 times. Each number is listed from the left to right, 1st infusion to the last.

Wunderbarer Tee!
Der Tee ist wirklich außerordentlich im Geschmack. Man schmeckt den Spirit und die Liebe, die Honda Mohei in Anbau und Verarbeitung seines Tees steckt. Ein wirklicher Genuss! Leider sind die Produkte für mich sehr teuer, da ich Einfuhrsteuer zahlen muss. Dies war mir nicht bewusst. Sehr schade!
